Processing Time

All of our products are made to order to ensure the highest quality and personalization. Please allow approximately 4-5 weeks for the creation and shipment of your order. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all U.S. orders over $200.
  • Priority Mail 2-Day Shipping: Available upon completion of your design and production process.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available upon request. Please contact us at hello@loveleefinejewelry.com with your specific needs and desired delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. These estimates are based on the selected shipping method and destination. Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, and holidays.

Shipping Insurance

Most packages are insured and require a signature upon delivery. This policy cannot be changed to ensure the security of your purchase.

International Shipping

At this time, we do offer international shipping. It does not qualify for free shipping over $200. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at hello@loveleefinejewelry.com. Include your order number and any relevant details. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective upon arrival. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the defect, your name, and order number. Defect claims may not be made after 48 hours of delivery.
